Have you had an injury or are you needing an operation to resolve hip, knee or back problems? This can feel very isolating and scary and you might be worried about how mobile you will post op for example.

At Vital we have trainers that have been through major orthopedic surgery and understand what you are feeling. They are also trained to specialise in rehabilitation.  Whether it is pain caused by arthritis or rheumatism, an injury or if it is a joint that need replacement, we can work with you to ensure that you achieve the best possible mobility.

We will work with you both pre and post op if you are having surgery.  This will help the body recover quicker.
